Editorial Guidelines

Dentist Near me Kenya publishes information that affects people's health choices. We hold our content to the standards below so patients, clinics and partners can trust what they read.

1. Accuracy and sourcing

Health information is sourced from peer-reviewed journals, KMPDC, the Ministry of Health, the WHO and other reputable bodies. Every clinical claim cites its source. We do not publish unverified medical advice.

2. Clinical review

Every dental health article is reviewed by a KMPDC-registered dentist before publishing and re-reviewed at least once a year. The reviewer's name and registration appear on the article.

3. Listings and verification

Clinic and dentist listings are verified against KMPDC's public register and business registration documents. Listings that fail verification are removed. Verified listings carry a Verified badge.

4. Reviews and ratings

Patient reviews must reflect a real visit. We remove reviews that are defamatory, off-topic, paid, or incentivised. Clinics may respond to reviews but may not edit or remove genuine patient feedback.

5. Independence

Editorial decisions are independent of advertising and sponsorship. Sponsored content and affiliate links are clearly labelled.

6. Corrections

If you spot an error, email hello@dentistnearme.co.ke. We correct verified errors quickly and add a correction note to the article.

7. AI use

We may use AI tools to draft, summarise or translate content, but every published piece is reviewed and edited by a human editor and, for medical content, a clinical reviewer.
